Frequently Asked Questions

Real questions from real parents.

  • Yes! Through Indiana’s universal Choice Scholarship program, a private Christian education is more attainable than ever. These scholarships are designed to give parents the freedom and confidence to choose the school that best aligns with their child’s needs, your family’s values, and your goals for the future.

At Trinity Lutheran School, we come alongside families to make that choice possible. In addition to Choice Scholarship funding, families may also qualify for Lutheran Scholarship Grants and Trinity Lutheran Church scholarships. By using Indiana Department of Education income guidelines, most Trinity families are able to reduce their out-of-pocket cost to less than one thousand dollars per student.

We understand that affordability matters. That’s why we walk with you through the process and help you explore every available opportunity. A Christ-centered education at Trinity may be far more within reach than you think, and we would love to help you discover how.

  • The best way to know is to experience it. We invite families to schedule a tour, meet our teachers, and see our classrooms in action. You’ll quickly sense the warmth of our community, the strength of our faculty, and the central role of Christ in all we do.

  • At Trinity, academic excellence and spiritual formation go hand in hand. We are committed to nurturing the whole child: heart, mind, and soul. Students are known personally, challenged academically, and encouraged to lead and serve with integrity and courage.

  • Absolutely! At Trinity Lutheran School, we welcome families from every Christian background, as well as those simply seeking a Christ-centered education. Our curriculum is grounded in the Lutheran tradition and focuses on the core truths of the Christian faith. We believe the best growth happens together, our faculty and your family walking side by side, to nurture your child’s faith and help them truly thrive.

  • Every child is uniquely created by God, and we take that seriously. Our teachers work closely with families to understand individual strengths and areas of growth. While class sizes allow for more personalized attention, we also partner with parents to determine how we can best support each learner within our mission and resources.

  • Getting started is simple! Reach out to schedule a admissions consultation by calling our office (219.663.1578), or by using the schedule button at the top of our site.
